Description of Flotation Machine:
Our Flotation machine is the latest design which uses the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions and maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties, which can be used to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, nonmetallic mine, chemical material and recycle mine. Its features: high inhalationand low power. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. There is no need of accessory equipment horizontal equipment. It is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface. It is easy to adjust. The upward one makes the magma cycle toward upward, which makes the magma cycle downward.

Working Steps of Flotation Machine
1) After intensively mixed, the pulp and medicaments are fed to the groove bottom of the first tank.
2) When the impeller of the flotation machine begins to rotate, negative pressure is formed, making the air and pulps at the bottom and middle part of the tank enter the mixing zone. The pulp, air and medicaments are then mixed in the mixing zone.
3) As a result, the centrifugal force and the blended pulps are lead to the mineralization area. The air is in full contact with the coal particle and forms mineralized bubbles which are then equally distributed to groove wall and removed upward to the separation region. These bubbles then gather as a foam layer and are discharged by the scraping tool. Finally, clean coal foam is produced by this flotation machine.

On the one hand, to inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp; on the other hand to stir ore pulp and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.

Usage of Flotation Separator:
To check the bolts before starting.
To use hand instead of impellers in order to prevent the sediment from adding the burden of electromotor.
To adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should have a distance and should be changed when they are worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.
