Hongxing Reduces Abrasion with Well-designed Short Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher has a very wide application rang, and it is one of the most commonly used mining machines in ore beneficiation production base, stone crushing production line and sand making production line and is also one of the most important mining mechanical equipment. Due to its special structure and working principle, jaw crusher is generally used as the primary crusher in the processing line of stone crushing and sand making.
The main working principle of jaw crusher is “squeezing”. When the materials go into the crushing chamber from the feeding mouth, the movable jaw will get close to the fixed jaw and the materials will be crushed. However, because the movable jaw directly touches the materials, the workload suffered by the movable jaw will be relatively high, so that after long time of work, the movable jaw will be abraded. Especially when the hardness of the materials is too high for the jaw crusher to crush, then the materials will stuck in the crushing chamber which will influence the normal work of the whole production line. If the hardness of the materials going into the crushing chamber exceeds the limit of the equipment, in order to protect the important part inside the equipment from being damaged, back toggle plate will be adopted as the insurance part. Generally speaking, the cast of the back toggle plate can be divided into kinds but they are the same in the purpose of protecting the machine. One is the cast iron is cast into one which will be opened several holes onto it or opened a slot in order to reduce the section strength of the whole plate, and the other one is casting two plates into one and connect them with screws. When the materials whose hardness exceeds the limit go into the crushing chamber, the machine will produce over-load phenomenon, and all of the forces will transmit to the toggle plate so that it will break, at this time, the machine will stop working due to the breakage of the toggle plate, thus protecting the machine and reduce the damage of the jaw crusher. The different market requirements will produce different products and only by effectively satisfying the market demands can they better promotes the healthy and stable development of the mining machinery industry.
