Mixing machine

High-effective mixing machine is new equipment with international advanced technology. The features of it are as follows: no isolation, no sediment, no settlement, no pressure groove and homogeneous mixing. It overcomes the problems which the conventional agitation tank can't solve. Its advantages are as follows: low energy consumption, little medicine consume and long working life. It is widely used in beneficiating metallic and non-metallic ore, gold leaching, metallurgy and chemical industries. It is most suitable for mining mixing which density is less than 30% and for the mixture of ore pulp below 1mm and medicament below 0.5mm. Also it can be used in mixing non-metallic ore.

The features of stirring tank:

(1) The agitation tank has large impeller and high rotating speed, which enhance the mixing ability.

(2) The impeller is umbrella-type, which enhance the mixing and circulating ability.

(3) There is a stream guidance part in the groove; the impeller is in the stream guidance, which enhances the stirring ability. At the same time, the stream is compressed into limited space, which accelerates the suction function and enhances the circulating ability.

(4) There is downward pressure when the umbrella-type impellers run, which accelerates the suction function and enhance the circulating ability.

(5) There is jetting part at the bottom of the stream guidance part, the ore pulp and medicament enter into it, the circulating ability is enhanced further.

(6) The ore pulp and medicament are mixed and circulated fully, and the surface of the ore is fully covered by medicament, which is useful for flotation.
