When people use dryer they must know how to control dryer, otherwise, they cannot reach the expected drying effect when they working. In order to not reduce the output, people should know the common sense during they used the drying equipment.

1. The shape of materials. The wood, ceramics, the materials with the shape of sheet, fiber, granule, even the paste objects, all of them are the materials which need to dry. So, select should be first based on the shape of the materials.

2. The physical properties of dry materials, including density, pile density, particle size distribution, heat capacity and adhesion. The level of adhesion, greatly affect the discharge and some dryer's job, the drying work could not proceed if the adhesion is strong.

3. The shape of materials combined with water. It determined the difficulty level of drying, the length of drying time, this has a great relation with the type selection. For example, if the material is hard to dry, it needs a long residence time, but not strengthen the external conditions of dry.

The properties of material in the drying process time, including the heat-sensitive. Other side, during the drying process, the molding products will be crack with materials contraction, and then reduce the quality of products, even scrapped.
