Dryer Drum
The dryer drum of our company, also called rotary drum dryer. It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and cement industries for the drying of slag lime stone, powdered coal, slag and clay. This dryer drum consists of rotary body, throwing flitch, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring. It has the features of reasonable structure, fine processing, high output, low energy consumption, and convenient running.
Roller Dryer
The roller dryer has the following features.
1. Air heating system is able to allow highly efficient removal of water from fresh harvested forage, and the maximum durability of dehydrated forage.
2. Non-pollution to the target materials guarantees minimal loss of their color, favor, and nutritional ingredients;
3. Smoke collector working with the air heating system adopts water-recycled wet-type collecting method, and ensures the exhausted gas to satisfy the environmental protection requirement as well as the lowest water consumption.
Spray Dryer
The spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric dryer. This dryer machine sprays liquid feed into a mist with a special equipment in order to make it contact with hot air and then to be dried. It has the features: fast-drying; surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased after the spraying; instantly evaporates moisture of 95%-98%; only need a few seconds to complete the drying time; especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials.
Sawdust Dryer
Sawdust dryer can dry rick husk, wood shavings after crushed, branches, wood chips and other granular materials. This product is an ideal production with small investment and fast profit. Low noise, low power consumption, easy to adjust and etc. It is mainly composed of the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone, fan and other components.
Indirect Heat Drier
The high temperature hot air heats the metal sleeve and transfers the heat indirectly to materials. This kind of drum dryer is suitable for drying the powdery material which can't be polluted by coal ash or is easy to raise dust. This series of drum dryer equipment is of low heat transfer efficiency. This product has advantage has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect workmanship, high productivity, low energy cost and convenient operation.
Ore tube Drier
In this Dryer, tube bundle is rotating inside stationary housing. Heating Media is passed through the tubes of Tube Bundle. Material to be dried is fed into the stationary dryer housing at suitable location at one end. The material gets lifted up & showered on tubes with help of specially designed lifters provided on tube bundle periphery. Material gets dried by conduction heat transfer & discharged from the other end.
