Drying Machine | Rotary Drying | Flour Dryer

The drying machine also named as flour dryer. It is mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc.

Application of Drying Equipment

The Rotary drying that used to dry the stuff such as limestone, coal powder, slag and clay, which is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry. The drying equipment mainly consists of revolving part, raising stuff plate, driving device, supporting device and seal ring.

Performance and Feature of Rotary Drying Machine

The flour dryer mainly consists of rotor, shed plate, transmission device, support device, seal ring, and other spare parts, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent manufacture, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation and so on. The rotary drying machine is applicable for particle materials, and is also applicable for paste and viscous materials which are mingled with particle materials, or materials whose water content is high. It has the advantages of large production volume, wide application range, small flow resistance, large adjustable range, and convenient operation, etc.

Working Theory of Drying Mining Equipment

Materials are sent to hopper of the dryer machine by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
