The Extraordinary Advantages of HP series Cone Crusher
The crushing of materials is a key procedure for mineral processing especially that the energy utilization ratio of the crushing should be low. For this reason, reducing the energy consumption of crushing and adopting highly efficient and energy-saving equipment is the key to material crushing. HP series cone crusher is an excellent crushing machine which has wide application in the building and mining industry, especially in the ore beneficiation process since it greatly improves the powder grinding efficiency of the follow-up grinding work.
On the condition of the same electric power, HP series cone crusher has the following advantages:
(1) High crushing force.
High crushing force can ensure smaller ore discharging mouth and bigger crushing ratio.
(2) High crushing frequency.
The crushing frequency of HP series cone crusher is 1.34~1.54 times of the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and the rocks can crushed and ground many times inside the crushing chamber.
(3) Big eccentric distance.
The impacting stroke is longer and the impacting distance which is also the eccentric distance equals the power of every impacting, which means that the bigger the eccentric distance and the crushing force, the more the power of the crushing and the more produced by the cone crusher.
(4) Sufficient crushing.
As for the HP series cone crusher, the materials are crushed at the material feeding mouth, so that the crushing effect happens from the material feeding mouth to the discharging mouth-the length of the crushing chamber, so that the crushing of the crusher is sufficient and highly efficient.
(5) The crushing chamber has long horizontal area so that the product granularity is finer.
During the ore beneficiation process, the big crushing force, big eccentric distance and high crushing frequency of the HP series cone crusher is combined with the lamination crushing, so that the rock particles are not only squeezed and crushed inside the crushing chamber, but ground by the force of the mineral particles, so that more fine powders are produced. In this way, while reducing the biggest feeding granularity of ball mill, it greatly changes the composition of the feeding granularity and is the key to greatly improving the ore grinding efficiency.
