The introduction of Raymond mill

The Raymond grinding mill is short for Raymond mill, which is a kind of grinding plant or grinding machine. Seen from the outline, the grinding mill is like a steel vessel. There are air inlet and air outlet and a feeder in the middle. According to the materials, particle fineness and the production, it can be divided into high pressure grinding mill, bentonite grinding mill and common Raymond mill and other more than ten kind types. The raymond grinder is widely used in coal machines and grinding machines. After many years' of research and development, our company has produced a new type milling equipment- the high presure grinding mill.

The main structure of Grinder mill

The mill grinder is consisted of the engine, analyzer, fan, cyclone separator of products, micro powder cyclone separator and air pipe, in which the main engine is made of rack, into-wind diffuser, relieving tool, grinding roll, grinding ring and shell.

The working principle of Pulverizer machine

When the Raymond pulverizer working, the crushing materials need to put into the feed hopper from the left side of the shell, need the help of the grinding roll that hanging on the main engine and go round itself. So because the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, the grinding roll vibrates outside and press the grinding ring in order to make the relieving tools send the materials to the middle of grinding roll and grinding ring, which achieve the purpose to crusher the materials by the grinding of the grinding roll.

The air classification process: After the materials being grinded, they will be send to the main engine by fans, the powders flew by fans will be classified by the analyzer put above of the grinding room and the larger particles fall into the grinding room to grind again and the qualified particles are flowed and collected into cyclone collector, then they will go into the entrance. At last the materials become the products. The air flow is controlled by the big wind collector and is compelled to the fan engine. The wide path is recycled and works at the negative pressure condition. The recycled wine path can be also used to make a small wind in the collector to clean the materials.

The powder making machine manufactured by Hongxing Mining Machinery have the advanced structure compared to the same kind mill abroad and is improved and updated according to the domestic Raymond mill.
