Cement mill maintenance is an extremely important regular work , it should be match closely with the machine operation and maintenance , there should be full-time personnel on duty checks.

1. Bearing . Crusher bearings shoulder all the load bearing of machine , great relationship between good lubrication and the bearing life, which directly affects the life of the machine and the operation rate , and thus required to fill the oil must be clean , seal must be good , the cement mill the main oiling Office: rotating bearings , roller bearings , all the gear , activities bearing , sliding plane.

2 . The newly installed wheel band is easy to loosening ,we must always be checked.

3 . Note that various parts of the cement mill is working properly .

4 . Pay attention to check the wear easily parts of degree of wear , and at any time pay attention to replacement of worn parts .

5 , Chassis plane of putting the activity device ,removing dust and other objects in order to avoid the machine when the material can not crushed ,and the bottom shelf can not move up and down in the activities of the bearing, so as to cause serious accidents.

6 . The bearing temperature rises ,we should be immediately stopped and checked cause of trouble to eliminate them.

7 . If sound machine produces impact sound,the turning gear operation should be immediately stopped ,checked , and eliminated .

Installation and commissioning

1. The equipment should be installed in the level of concrete foundation,using stone bolt to fix.

2 . Installation should pay attention to the main body and level of the vertical.

3 . After installing, checking for various parts of loose bolts and the host doors is whether tighten, if have, tighten.

4 . According to the power of the equipment configurations power and control switch.

5 . Check finished, empty load test, test normal can carry on production.
