Ultra-large Investment on Railway Construction, Terrific Situation of Mining Enterprise
Investment on railway infrastructure construction will usher a new climax. The primary investment plan for 2013 contains RMB 516 billion on railway infrastructure investment that exceeds the investment capitals in this year. According to the data of Ministry of Railways, the investment on railway infrastructure construction in October exceeds RMB 69.77 billion that increases by 240.8% compared with RMB 20.47 billion on the same day in the past year, and the sequential growth rate increases by 8.5%. The trend of railway construction is very good, and this trend will be kept for a few years from now on.
By the plan, in the period of "12th Five Year Plan" the government arranges the total investment on railway infrastructure construction achieving RMB 2,300 billion. In 2011, the investment on railway construction was RMB 461 billion; while the investment is increased obviously in this year from 406 billion in the early year to 516 billion; the fixed assets investment is increased by 630 billion from 516 billion. All mean that in the late three years of "12th Five Year Plan" there will be 1,320 billion construction investments to be finished. In the period, the government raises 2,800 billion investments on high-speed railway construction which promotes the development of transportation industry, crushing equipment, sand making machine and other mining equipment enterprises.
