Product Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Single Toggle Jaw Crusher
Single toggle jaw crusher is the primary crushing equipment in sand and stone plant. In this article, there are three aspects showing the diversities between domestic and foreign single toggle jaw crusher.
(1)Product Specifications
The specifications of single toggle jaw crusher are demarcated by the length and width of the feeding hole. Domestic manufacturers produce about 8 kinds of specifications of coarse crushing equipment according to the industrial standard and international manufacturers can produce more specifications of the series of products.
However, in China, the big specifications products are lack (the size of feeding hole exceeds 750mm*1060mm). All manufacturers produce just 3 or 4 kinds of big specifications. But Noble Company produces C series of products including 11 kinds of specifications among which there are 9 kinds of big specifications; while Cedar Company also has 9. The categories of big specifications are abundant and there are plenty of proper primary crushers to be chosen for big-scale stone crushing plant.
(2)Product Features
The main technical parameters are process capacity and the maximum feeding size. The different designs of one same specification single toggle jaw crusher leads different maximum feeding sizes. In accordance with EOCE, the single toggle jaw crusher from China designs the width of feeding hole according to the distance between fixed plate tooth top (tooth bottom) and mobile plate tooth bottom (tooth top); while most of international enterprises calculate the distance between fixed plate tooth plate and mobile tooth plate. By the rule above, although the single toggle jaw crusher is in the same specification, there is one tooth deep distance between domestic and foreign products: the tooth deep of big specification crusher is 60-100mm, and the domestic crusher allows the tooth deep in 50-80mm.
(3)Product Design and Manufacturing Process
For recent 20 years, there are more promotions on design of single toggle jaw crusher, for example, the double tooth angle of the crushing cavity, big pendulum angle of short bracket, reductions on transmission angle and partial pitch and so on. Foreign products usually adopt the advanced design theories to improve the product feature and reliability. While, our domestic manufacturers adopt fewer advanced design theories due to some reasons and the non-skin products are almost the finalized products before 1970s.
