Scaleboard Adjustment of Jaw Crusher

The scale board of a Crusher machine ceaselessly wears by the ore during its working process, which makes the width of the discharging mouth increase gradually. In order to make sure the granularity of products is even, it must be adjusted the width of the discharging port timely. There are three basic forms common discharging mouth adjusting device.

Firstly, plate adjusting device. Its action principle is place a group adjustment plate behind the thrust board bearing. When changing plate number or thickness, later thrust board or migration or back, all can adjust the purpose of discharging mouth width. This kind of adjusting device structure simple, compact, the weight increase much, and it is very suitable for big and medium-sized jaw crusher. Secondly, use inclined iron for assist regulation. Inclined iron is used to regulate the width of discharging port. It can use bolts or worm or chain transmission device, make receding iron fluctuation. Ahead inclined iron are installed in the two slots of skirt board, and it can only move horizontally. When back iron being lift, it makes ahead inclined iron moving forward along the guide groove, and thrust board and dynamic jaw is then moved forward, and discharging mouth width is subsequently reduced. On the contrary, when back inclined iron drops, discharging mouth width increases. The advantage of this kind adjusting device is it can realize steeples speed regulation and it also need not stop during adjustment.

Thirdly, Intelligent control adjusting mechanism. Using this institution, it can achieve the jaw crusher regulation and inspection work very quickly and effectively. When microcirculation collected, it can using stroke change makes the adjusting mechanism auto reply stress induction. Under the action of regulating mode, impact crusher becomes very sensitive and the control of particle size series will be less and precise. Through the cycle of early start after the adjustment process, gradually will increase and the final balance state. Through to balance the torsion bar hydraulic control, it can drive the jaw plate opening size, and then in some extent could avoid the duplication of work, and provide the maximum degree of distinction and precision.
