Basic Functions of Our Best-selling Breaking Machines

What do you know about the breaking machines? In general, speaking of the breaking machines, we are talking about two kinds of mining machines: the crushers or the crushing machines and the grinders or the grinding machines. The breaking equipment is the generic term for the above two types of devices. To be short, the breaking machines include crushers and grinders are used to break the bulk solid materials to fine powder ones with the mechanical force.

Although it’s well known that these breaking machines have features of high energy consumption, large quantity of grinding media and much dust and noise pollution, there are still many incredible functions and applications of the crusher and grinders.

The final products processed by the breakers with good mobility and filling capacity are easy to be packed, stored and transported.

For example, raw materials after processed become concrete, construction stones and artificial sand. The raw coal is finally divided to medium blocks, small blocks and coal powder.

By using the breakers in the mining industry, we can enhance the physical and chemical effect efficiency by increasing the materials’ surface area. For example, when we grind the wet materials, we will find these materials easy to be dried in the later processing procedure. To do fine crushing of the catalyst and adsorbent will enhance the contacting and absorption effect.
