Huge Economic Benefits Brought by MMD Breaking and Screening Machine

Improving the rate of lump ore and reducing the rate of power ore are the important ways to ensure the normal production and improve the economic benefits of mining machinery enterprises. However, the domestic production of various types of crusher machines is aiming at improving reduction ratio maximally, which is conductive to the general ore dressing plant. But, some mines have strict requirements on the lower limit of granularity. The present crushers cannot meet the requirements of improving rate of lump ore of high-quality limestone and reducing the rate of the power ore simultaneously. However, the MMD crushing and screening machine can solve this problem commendably.

The main characteristics of the MMD crushing and screening machine are compact structure, small size, small highly prominent and high production capacity(up to 14000t/h). This machine can be used in dry ore, wet ore, muddy ore and clay ore, which is free of clogging. It has little super-fine and power-shaped products, which is more suitable for the stone crushing industry and the coal and coke crushing. Because of the even product size, there are no excessively large particles. Besides, the this machine has low operation costs, which is easy to maintain and repair. The crusher machine has double overload and over-iron protection. One is hydraulic coupling, when the overloading, the crusher will stops running. The other is crusher pinion, which can reversely discharge materials and irons that cannot be crushed.

Compared with the traditional double roll crusher, impact crusher and single-toggle jaw crusher, the MMD crushing and screening machine has a significant breakthrough in the theory. It makes full use of the cleavage and crackle that the mineral materials have and realizes the material crushing through the shearing force rather than relying on the extrusion and the impact force. This crushing method greatly reduces the consumption. Moreover, due to the selective crushing of materials, this machine can effectively control the crushing granularity. Studies have shown that the power rate of the crushed products could reduce 5% to 7%, and the energy consumption could reduce more than 30%. The rate of the lump ore can be improved by 5% to 7%, which significantly improves the economic benefits of the mines.
