We produce various kinds of classifiers including high weir type, single and double spiral, and immersed single and double spiral classifiers. Our spiral chute separators are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing.
Our Product is characterized with simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation. Since different raw materials have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, the machines allow the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom.
This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machine's lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.
Ore Screw Washer Overview
Ore screw washer is used for cleaning sediment of iron, manganese, limestone, or tin that contains much mud before mine selection. The main functions of this screw washing machine are mixing, washing, separating and desliming minerals. It is also applied in construction or power station project for cleaning stone with washing hydraulic pressure less than 147-196kpa. Spiral Washer Working Principle
Spiral washing machine makes use of buoyancy of water to separate sand from dust and impurity. It achieves purifying, lifting and conveying of the minerals through the stirring of spiral slice. During lifting, the minerals are also stirred so that the coarse sands and fine sands are evenly mixed.
