Knowledge of Magnetic Separator

Magnetic Separators are machines that are primarily used to eliminate tramp iron from ores and for removing contaminating materials that can damage equipment. They can separate the minerals dependent on the different magnetic factor, magnetic force and mechanical force. These separators can be divided into different kinds, such as Suspension Magnets, Plate Magnets, Hump Magnets, Magnetic Drum Separators, Magnetic Pulleys and Magnetic Grids. This separator magnetic is a new mine selection machine which is developed in the recent 20 years, mainly used in thin grade ferromagnetism mineral dry and wet separating. They have good features such as high capacity, good quality, easy to be repaired, easy to be transported.

Magnetic separator Operating Principle

Wide Use of Magnetic Separator Machine

Magnetic separator is widely used in recycling, timber, mining, ceramic, chemical, food and other factories.
