Tips for Suitably Selecting Types of Crushers

AUTHOR: admin       DATE: 24 Jun 2013 01:36:26

Crushers are the main equipment for the crushing of stones. There are many types of crushers, but, the commonly used ones are basically hammer crusher, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, etc. However, for the crushing production line, the most commonly used are jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher, of which the jaw crusher is essentially used in many areas and most suitable for the primary crushing. The feeding port of large-sized jaw crusher is large. So, its processing capacity for large stones cannot be compared. While impact crusher and cone crusher are mainly for the secondary crushing or tertiary crushing. The main advantage of impact crusher is good product shape, which is suitable for the high standards of highway. The advantages of cone crusher are large output, low energy consumption of equal yield, relatively wear-resistant of wearing parts and more stable performance.

Generally speaking, each crusher has its advantages and disadvantages. Like people, any kind of crusher is impossible to achieve perfection. However, reasonable combination of crushers can foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses. There are various different plans for each kinds of materials. In terms of the stone requirements of highway, impact crusher is necessary for secondary crushing and tertiary crushing. For primary crushing, jaw crusher comes in handy. But for the manufacturing of building sand, we more prefer the combination of jaw crusher, cone crusher and high-efficient sand maker. The crushing of iron ores can be directly realized by jaw crusher and cone crusher. After having determined all of equipment, we must design the lines according to production and equip proper models. The reasonable configuration allows each crusher to output the yield maximally and achieve optimal production
