known as the powder station, is made of jaw crusher, ball mill, separator, dryer, cement packing machine, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, fly ash grinding, high-yield such grinding, etc. It is finished cement production units from the independence of final product stage in cement production, during which the cement clinker is grinding by adding an appropriate amount of mixed material regalia, into the finished cement.

Grinding station (powders station) established position:

clinker plant was built in the place of the raw materials; grinding station (powder station) was built near the market, that is, near the city. Although the clinker will be shipped from the origin, most of the admixture is industrial waste in the city. If the cement grinding station were built in the place of raw materials, these industrial residues would be shipped from the urban to the origin, and then shipped to the city, thus more transportation costs would be spent. And cement grinding station can greatly digest slag, fly ash, slag and other industrial wastes, to be a green industry.

The ball mill inner structure is the important factor which influencing the grinding capacity, the important for the improving of close circuit grinding system is to improve the mill liner and grinding media graduation. Normally in cement mill, the first bin adopt the step liner which has higher lifting capacity, second bin adopt classification liner composted by two kind of liner, this kind of classification liner is easy for grinding media grading, completely bring grinding function into full play.

It set double layer between bins. In high fitness high capacity tube mill, it set double layer diaphragm for dividing each bin. It set double layer diaphragm with dividing unit for separating the coarse particle and fitness, its function and principle is similar with the separator.
