Minute Introductions on Multiple-Head Crusher

With the increasing of traffic, especially the increasing of hcavy-duty vehicle, the cement concrete pavement has appeared some destruction such as: faulting of slab ends, crack slab, pumping, and so on in the past few years. The service capability and the structure capability of cement concrete pavement are affected by these destructions. Minor repair and small mend already has no way to satisfy the need of road traffic capacity. The asphalt cover course, which is rebuilt by traditional method, will generate reflecting cracks in one or two years which will accelerate the destruction of aspbalt cover course. Reflecting cracks have restricted the development and rehabilitating of cement concrete pavement. How to control the reflecting cracks effectively are the key subjects being confronted with the reconstruction of cement concrete pavement, which is also the main motivation of this paper.

The technical means coping with this problem is limited due to the backward mechanical manufacture in our country. In respect to the treatment of old concrete pavement, America has accumulated a set of technology called rubblization technology. This paper has done the following studies on the Multiple-Head Crusher rubblization technology:

1. The broken mechanism of Cement concrete pavement and the intensity principle of rubbished slab.

2. One grid model of cement concrete pavement is established, which is analyzed by the software ANSYS. The Natural frequency and 'height of drop hammer - stress' curve is worked out by the result.

3. Explored the construction process of rubblization technology
